Requesting a continuous bond

If you're going to import with any regularity, you will want a continuous bond.

In addition to being a more cost-effective option for most importers, a continuous bond can extend payment terms on your U.S. Customs duties (from 10 days to up to 45 days!).

The minimum bond amount is $50,000, which will cost between $200 and $250, depending on your freight forwarder subscription level (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) with INLT.

To maximize convenience, you simply click the green "Request bond" button at the upper right corner of any importer's profile and answer two questions; what items does this IOR import, and from what countries.

Our SLA is one business day, but for basic 50K bonds with no ADD/CVD, it typically takes less than an hour.
