Paying your duties to U.S. Customs directly is remarkably easy. Better yet, by paying directly under the Periodic Monthly Statement, you will enjoy no interest payment terms of up to 52 days and an average of 36.5 days. This is unquestionably the best way to pay duties!

To pay direct, simply complete the ACH Debit Application found here. Below are some notes to help you complete the form.

  1. Check the "Add" box at the top

  2. The Payer Importer Number is your Employer Identification Number (EIN), also known as your Federal Tax Identification Number

  3. Our filer information for the bottom section is prefilled in the application.

  4. Submit directly to ACH-Customs@cbp.dhs.gov

  5. The application usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to process. You will receive a Payer Unit Number (PUN)

  6. You MUST provide our team that number, we will modify the importer record to this pay type and all future entries will be "paid direct." Please note, we can not know if you have a PUN without it being provided.

If you have any questions about this process, please contact inlt-support@amazon.com.
