Every user has the ability to customize their notification preferences from their profile. You can choose to receive notifications by email or within the application, here's how to tailor your notifications to your needs.
How to change your preferences
Go to your personal profile
At the right side of your screen, there is a table of all possible events; select or unselect them based on your needs
At the bottom of the table, you can choose to "limit notifications to shipments I create" if you don't want to receive notifications for the entire organization
Email vs. In-Application Notifications
The email notifications are sent in real-time and are accompanied by a link to the shipment and any pertinent documents. The body will also include the shipment number, entry number, bill of lading number(s), container number(s), and PO number(s).
Application
In-app notifications appear in the bell at the upper right of your screen. The red number indicates the number of unread notifications.
