What to do if you think your competition is violating CBP rules and regulations

In today's trade climate, importers might be inclined to seek out duty reduction strategies that, occasionally, undermine CBP rules and regulations. This might be misclassification to avoid Section 301 duties, erroneous country of origin declarations, or undervaluation of the product.

If you think your competition is engaging in any of these practices, you can report it to CBP via their e-Allegations portal found here.
