Your subscription includes a substantial number of seats, use them liberally! Get everybody on your team individual access so they can customize their notifications. We recommend not using group or shared accounts. If you need more users than your subscription allows, let us know. Here's how to create new users.

  1. Click Settings in the vertical menu and select Users

  2. Click the green New button at the upper right

  3. Enter the user's name, email, and title

  4. Customize their permissions

  5. Click Create at the upper right when finished

The user will receive an email invitation to create a password and log into the platform.
